Dylan Falling Death | Obituary -16-year-old Litchfield teenager has died after suffering from injuries from a two-vehicle accident that happened on Friday, June 5, 2020.
The accident reportedly occurred at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 24 and 675th Avenue. Minnesota hockey community pays tribute to Dylan Falling who was a goalie before his death.
Falling’s vehicle collided with one driven by Dennis Plamann, 34, at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 24 and 675th Avenue.
Falling was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center by Life Link helicopter after being trapped in his vehicle and was extricated by fire and rescue personnel.
He passed away at the medical center on Wednesday.
