Upon the troopers arrival to the area, they found a 2018 Hyundai Elantra resting against some trees off the right side of the highway, about 30 feet down an embankment, says Lt. Chad Lavoie of Troop D.
Lavoie said, Philbrick was pronounced dead at the scene. Her 5-year-old son, who was also in the car, was not injured but was taken to Concord Hospital for evaluation.
