Emily Howell Warner Death | Emily Howell Warner Obituary – Emily Howell Warner the first woman to be a permanent pilot for a major American airline in 1973 has been reported dead. She was first to take a role that was once deemed a man’s job.
In 1976, she became the first female captain and eventually commanded the first all-women commercial flight crew. She died in July 2020 at 80 years old. The cause of death was not announced. We issue our condolences.
