46-year-old George Daniel Banks of Fort Wayne was fatally injured in a two-vehicle accident that happened on West Washington Center Road, Monday night, November 18.
The accident happened around 7 p.m. According to responders, a pickup truck collided with an SUV just before 8:00 p.m.
Daniel Banks, the driver of pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
It is not yet clear what caused the crash.
