Francisco Garcia Death – The authorities on Wednesday, July 29 released the identity of the man who was shot to death in a shooting fatality on West Chestnut Avenue on Monday, July 27 as 30-year-old Francisco Garcia, of Lompoc.
According to Santa Barbara County sheriff’s spokeswoman Raquel Zick report, Garcia was shot to death in the 700 block of Lompoc’s West Chestnut Avenue just after 8 p.m.

Aid was provided to Garcia by officials upon their arrival until medics came, says Lompoc officials.
He was later pronounced dead at Lompoc Valley Medical Center.
Garcia’s death is ruled as homicide and is under investigation.
