Garza was riding in a Nissan as a passenger, when a Dodger Charger in a high speed rate tried to overtake and crashed into his vehicle, on Bay Area roadways. according to police reports.
34 year-old Franciso Garza of San Jose was pronounced dead after taken to the hospital due to the fatal vehicle crash, according to police reports.
California Highway Patrol indicated drugs or alcohol as leading factor to the incident that took Garza’s life.
