Frank Ray Death | Obituary – Frank Ray passed away, Frank was a great guy and a great servant to amateur football. Frank Played in the league for many years as a member of Old Bootleians, Frank later turned his hand to refereeing, in addition to becoming treasurer of the league in 1980-81.
