71-year-old Johnny Alexander Brewer has died. He was killed in car accident during a head-on collision with an ambulance in Halfiax County.
Johnny Alexander passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 when his vehicle crossed the center line of NC Highway 125 at American Legion Road near Roanoke Rapids shorlty after 9 p.m. Tuesday, according to the State Highway Patrol,
Preliminary investigation confirmed Brewer was wearing his seat-belt. However, why his vehicle veered from his lane and crossed the center line is unknown.
