Hazel Lacy Death | Hazel Lacy Obituary – Hazel Lacy, 2, of Oakland died early Sunday morning, 16th of August 2020 in a traffic accident on a rain-soaked highway in East Bay. The fatal collision occurred on State Highway 24, just east of the Gateway Boulevard exit on the 16th of August 2020. The California Highway Patrol said a 23-year-old Oakland woman was driving a beige Kia sedan eastbound on State Highway 24 when she lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle then rolled over and came to a rest on the dirt shoulder. Lacy was ejected from the seat as a result of the crash.
According to PacificAttorneyGroup, It was unknown if she was correctly seat-belted in a child safety seat. Lacy was taken by an ambulance to a hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries. Alcohol or drugs were not considered a factor in the collision. The accident remains under investigation.
