Francisco Aguila IV, a 19-year-old teen from Hesperia has died in a single fatal vehicle accident in the Cajon Pass, California Highway, authorities said.
The accident happened on Friday, December 6, 2019. Aguila IV passed away due to injuries he sustained from the crash.
The San Bernardino County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Francisco on Saturday. He was driving a 2008 Honda Civic, the coroner said.
The CHP log says the agency received a report at 9:15 p.m. of a grey sedan facing the wrong way in the center divider of the southbound 15 Freeway north of Highway 138. The coroner was called about 9:45. Two lanes were closed for the investigation, which was continuing Saturday.
Francisco was pronounced dead after the accident.
