Isacc Spencer Death – Obituary : Authorities have identified 20-year-old Isacc Spencer as a victim of fatal shooting that occurred on Friday, 14th, August 2020, at about 7 p.m. near an East Oak Cliff church.
Spencer passed away at age 20. Officers reported made contact with Isacc before he was taken to hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
