Jacob Jaillet Death – Obituary, Funeral, Cause Of Death
BREAKING: The U-Haul employee shot in the neck Tuesday while working has died. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s office reports 21-year-old Jacob Jaillet of Pittsburgh died at the hospital today around 11:46 a.m.
Earlier this week, Pittsburgh Police charged Braijon Burton for shooting Jaillet at the U-Haul along Washington Blvd. in Larimer. They say after the shooting, Burton stole a pickup truck, fired at another car and crashed into a police car on Rt. 28 near the 31st St. Bridge. Police arrested him after a pursuit.
Burton, 21, of Garfield is charged with Criminal Attempt Homicide, 3-counts of Aggravated Assault, REAP, Robbery of a Motor Vehicle, Persons not to Possess a firearm, Firearms not to be Carried w/o a license, Careless Driving, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Police Officer.
Burton is currently in the Allegheny County Jail.
The police officer hit suffered a minor leg injury. The driver of the car wasn’t hurt.
