Tears are rolling down my face writing this… A year ago I started working at Naava Salon and spa in Appleton. Peaceful Purpose, Inc. Betsy Rach As I perfected my craft as a permanent make up artist I was thrilled to help clients that needed help through peaceful purpose. Peaceful purpose is a nonprofit organization that helps men and women with medical hair loss. I know deep down inside my purpose IS to help those diagnosed with medical hair loss or cancer, helping to normalize the situations that they have been put in/through…holding their hand through the process.
We lost an amazing woman to cancer. Jessica Haag was my first client through peaceful purpose, we immediately hit it off and I loved her company so much. I don’t know that death ever becomes easier to grasp. I do know that I was meant to meet Jess and have her be apart of my life. Anytime she was in my room we just laughed and laughed about the goofiest things. She truly was one of those people that could light up a room. Her positivity through this battle was unwavering. I am sending so much love to the Hegg family as you pick up the pieces and celebrate the time you had with her. Rest easy beautiful woman

Jessica Haag’s passing has left my heart super heavy and my eyes sore all day. Jessica touched many peoples lives everywhere. The best part is she didn’t even know she was sometimes. Death hurts and is a crazy unexplainable fear to most of us. Jessica some how lead me to believe that death shall not be feared. She was the definition of strength. The inspiration that she spread across the Fox Cities is unreal. Jess touched so many lives and in so many ways. What has been taken could have only been given in the first place.Prayers for Steve, children and all her family
