Jimmy Lee Blount Death – The victim involved in a Thursday fatal single-vehicle crash on Thursday, July 9, in in West Feliciana Parish, has been ID’d by the authorities as 47-year-old Jimmy Lee Blount, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Blount was confirmed to be dead after a single-vehicle crash on Thursday morning, near St. Francisville.

Reports have it that Blount was traveling in a Ford pickup on US Highway 61 near La. Highway 66 in West Feliciana Parish, when for unclear reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and veered off the roadway around 2 a.m. on Thursday.
The vehicle rolled over after it collided with an embankment.
Blount died of blunt force trauma injuries at the scene.
Investigation is still ongoing to determine the cause of the crash.
