Joffre Kolosky has died. A man suspected to have driven under influence rear-ended his sedan. The vehicle accident happened on Friday morning, November 1, 2019.
According to Minnesota State Patrol, 23-year-old Samuel Dakota Moreno hit Kolosky’s sedan, forcing it to drive off the road and roll over.
Investigators say Moreno was not wearing seat belt and was driving under the influence of alcohol.
