John Altobelli Passed Away | Cause Of Death:

John Altobelli died January 26, 2020 following ghastly vehicle crash that took place near Calabasas, California, said report.

John Altobelli passed away Sunday morning in aircraft accident. He passed on at the age of 56, said report.

John was traveling in a helicopter among nine others, when for reasons unknown, the pilot lost control of the vehicle, the craft turned multiple times and crashed with steep hill. The impact made the helicopter to burst into flames and John was severely injured at the scene, he was pronounced dead at the scene, said report.

Altobelli was a coach and had won more than 700 wins. In 2019, he won the award for the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) as the ABCA/Diamond National Coach of the Year.

He was described as a generous guy by his brother Tony in a statement below:

“There were two sides to John. “People saw him on the baseball field, he’s gritty and tough as nails kind of guy but the other side of him, he was one of the biggest-hearted people you’ll meet in your life. He cared about his players, cared about his school”
