John Baggley Death | John Baggley Obituary – Former Special Chief Inspector and StaffsPolice driver trainer John Baggley sadly passed away, John was a truly good man and absolutely dedicated to the force and especially his specials. John Bagley was a great guy who was always willing to help anyone. He fully supported everyone in the Specials and will be missed by lots of people.
John was such a great guy, always looked after me and other specials. Mentored me and others throughout. My top memory was sitting in the carrier at stafford football, laughing and joking about life. He was a true diamond. Rest in peace John.
