John Wayne Womack Cause Of Death; the 43-year-old Mountain View man reportedly fell about 90 feet while working on a cell tower in Oktibbeha County.
Womack died of the injuries he sustained in that fall. The accident happened on Saturday afternoon in the Longview community.
Womack’s body was sent to Pearl for an autopsy, however, investigators say the incident appears to be an accident.
