Obituary: John Weatherall, a passenger in a stolen car driven by Jordan Cubby has died. Jordan was driving against the traffic in a stolen Mitsubishi when they ran into an IT professional Shahid Islam at Bald Hills, killing him instantly.
The ugly crime and killings happened on Tuesday, 16th October 2019. According to Police, Jordan Cubby was the one driving the stolen Mitsubishi 4WD, travelling on the wrong side of the road.

Chantelle Lucas, 32, was also involved in the accident. The car crash caused by Jordan took the life of Brisbane father. Jordan reportedly tried to escape and spat blood in the face of a female police.
He is expected to be formally charged at a bedside hearing in hospital on Thursday.
Jordan Cubby’s Charges
Cubby is expected to be formally charged on Thursday with evasion, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, serious assault of a police officer, and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing grievous bodily harm or death while excessively speeding, a police spokesman confirmed.
