A 28-year-old man identified as Jordan Averyheart, of Hazel Crest has died. He passed away on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 after being fatally stabbed in south suburban Flossmoor.
Officers arrived at the 2500 block of Central Drive and met three people outside, and they told the officers someone inside the apartment had been stabbed during a fight, police said.
Officers found Jordan Averyheart, with several stab wounds. He was taken to Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead, authorities said.
