Jose Ray Riojas death & obituary: At 5:32 p.m Wednesday 22nd January, 2020 a Port Arthur man Riojas was shot dead in his home at 4500 block of Sunken Court.
35-year-old was shot severally on his upper and lower body, according to the information provided by Sgt. Shannon Meaux Jose was pronounced dead at Medical Center of Southeast Texas due to multiple gunshot wounds.
The police has not made any arrest and are been very discreet about the investigations.
