Joshua Oatneal Death | Joshua Oatneal Obituary – Reports states that a homeowner shot and killed an intruder and the two people who police said assisted in the burglary are facing murder charges, Middletown Police said. In review of reports, officers were called to Atrium Medical Center after Joshua Oatneal showed up shot around midnight. Joshua Oatneal was brought to the hospital by two men, Jonathon Oatneal and Andrew Roberts. Joshua Oatneal later died from his injuries.
According to WHIOTV, Police said the trio went into a house in the 2600 block of Aspen Drive to burglarize it. During the burglary the homeowner shot Joshua Oatneal. Jonathon Oatneal and Andrew Roberts are now facing charges of murder and aggravated burglary for the crime.
