Kaitlyn Guard dead | Cause Of Death:
Kaitlyn Katie Guard of Pekin passed away December 10, 2019 in a severe vehicle crash that took place on Springfield Road, according to police.
Kaitlyn Guard died Tuesday at 3:15 p.m in accident, according to report.
Guard was traveling on the Springfield road, when for reasons still unknown, she had crashed with another vehicle which left her fatally injured at the spot of the collision, according to report.
Kaitlyn was pronounced dead from multiple blunt force injuries at the scene of the accident. Katie as she is often called passed on at the age of 20, according to police.
The accident remains under investigation.
