Kalix James Broussard of Kaplan died January 27, 2020 following ghastly vehicle crash that took place on LA Hwy 14 near Abbeville, said report.
Kalix James Broussard passed away Monday around 6:30 am in accident. He passed on at the age of 18, sad report.
James was traveling eastbound in a 2007 Ford F150, when the driver of a westbound 1998 Chevrolet Silverado lost control of her vehicle and swerved passed the centerline, where it hit the Ford head-on. The impact of the crash made James to be severely injured and unresponsive at the time. He was pronounced dead at the scene, said report.
Initial report indicated that he was not wearing safety belt and the causes leading to the crash remains under investigation.
