On the 14th of June 2020, Kathy tested positive for the coronavirus, but she was determined to get better by the 4th of July.
On the 1st of July 2020 at 2:45 a.m, Kathy Sims passed away and her death not only affected her immediate family, but the people who interacted with her every day.
