Keith G. Rapport Death – The South Charleston police have confirmed and released the identity of the man who was fatally struck by a train Wednesday night, August 19 as 60-year-old Keith G. Rapport, of South Charleston.
According to South Charleston Lt. Pat Rade,r Rapport was pronounced dead at the scene.

The tragic incident occurred just before 9.00 p.m on Wednesday close to the Chestnut Street crossing.
The investigation is still active.
