Kelly Carpenter Death | Obituary – 57-year-old Kelly Carpenter has died following a Thursday accident that happened on Interstate 20 in Bossier City.
Louis Stacks, 70, of Haughton was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident and Carpenter was severely hurt. The vehicle crash happened around 9 a.m. on westbound I-20 Louisiana.

Carpenter was rushed to hospital with life threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead.
According to report, 18-wheeler truck ran into the rear of the Carpenter’s vehicle when traffic was slowing down. The truck struck threw Carpenter’s vehicle out of the road, then hit the vehicle Stacks was inside.
The accident is under investigation by Bossier City police.
