Kevin Guardado Barraza passed away Tuesday at 4:45 p.m following a fatal vehicle accident that happened in northeast El Paso, according to report.
Kevin Guardado Barraza died at the age of 21, according to report.
Guardado was driven on a wet road at McCombs and Railroad Drive, when his car got hydroplaned and collided into a light pole, he was found unresponsive at the scene of the accident, according to report.
Barraza passed on December 3, 2019 at the scene of accident, according to report.
Investigations revealed that Kevin’s car sped into a large puddle caused by the rain and was hydroplaned into the pole.
