Lloyd Arthur Costello Identified – After investigation on a drowning victim found last week, authorities have identified the victim as Lloyd Arthur Costello, 55, of Beaverton.

On the sad day of this incident, Costello was reported to have been kayaking in the area at approximately 3:00pm on Thursday afternoon, says the authority.
The Seaside Fire & Rescue team responded to the call and made attempts to resuscitate Costello, but all efforts made were futile. His Next of kin have been notified.
