LuisFernando Palencia tragecially lost his life on the morning of Tuesday the 10th of this month. Luis, who also went by Nando, was only 19 years young.
He is survived by his parents, older brother, older sister, and his twin brother. Nando was always the life of any gathering. Always funny and that one person you could just conversate with for hours. He brought a smile to strangers and happiness in the people who knew him.
