Luis Perez death & obituary: A 27-year-old has been shot dead on Route 80 in New Jersey Saturday 18th January.
An arrest has been made involving Kenneth Regan, 21, and Douglas Coudrey, 22, near Coudrey’s residence in Eastport, New York. who have been charged with the shooting that led to the death of Perez and the injuring of Jose Mercado, 24, in Lodi just after midnight on Saturday.
A black 2019 Honda Civic was found by the police on their arrival, Perez was declared dead at the scene. The authorities are stating its a planned attack.
