Providence Smoke Shop Death – The police have confirmed the death of a man who was shot to death at a providence smoke shop on Wednesday morning, August 19.
The identity of the man is yet to be released pending the notification of his family members.

According to Maj David Lapatin, the incident happened at about 2.45 a.m at the business place at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Veazie Street.
The man was transported to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
So far no arrests have been made and investigation still continues.
This is recorded as the forth homicide this month and the ninth in the providence this year.
