Marcus Brooks Death – As investigators are trying to determine the circumstances surrounding a fatal crash on Sunday morning, July 26, on the Prospect main road in Manchester which took the life of one man, the victim has been ID’d as 24-year-old Marcus Brooks, a mechanic of Prospect district, Manchester.
According to the Alligator police, about 12:15 a.m. Sunday, the Brooks was driving a Toyota Tacoma motor truck with two men aboard. Brooks allegedly lost control of the vehicle and crashed into bushes, on reaching a section of the roadway.
The two other men sustained injures in the accident.
The three men were taken to a hospital under serious injuries. Brooks was later pronounced dead in the hospital.
One man was admitted for treatment, and the other treated and released.
