Maria David Death | Obituary – Maria David found dead, Maria who was accused of raping his biological daughter was discovered at Oukwandongo Village.
Shikongo noted that the deceased lifeless body was found in a mahangu field some kilometers away from his own homestead while hanging from a tree with a steel wire around his neck.
The body was transported to Okahao police mortuary and the investigation into the matter is still ongoing.
Omusati Regional Police Commander, Commissioner Titus Shikongo, said the deceased was a suspect in a rape case of a biological daughter and was arrested by police on Monday 27 July 2020.
“The suspect managed to escape while being transported to the police station. A manhunt was activated throughout the night but the search did not have positive results as he managed to evade police under the cover of darkness,” he said.
