According to Peel police reports, they have charged an 86-year-old man in connection to the alleged homicide of Marion Wallace. Early Tuesday morning, 18th of August 2020, police said a care provider found Marion Wallace, a deceased elderly woman in an apartment building on Kaneff Drive.
According to CityNews, later in the day, police arrested Lawton Wallace, 86, of Mississauga. He has been charged with first-degree murder in connection to the incident, police said. “This is an isolated incident. Investigators are not seeking any outstanding suspects. The victim and the accused were married at the time of the incident,” police said. The man is currently being held for a bail hearing, which will be on Wednesday in Brampton.
