Marion Wallace Death – The police west of Toronto has released the identity of the elderly woman found dead in her home on Tuesday, August 18 as 81-year-old Marion Wallace.
The police says her husband, an 86-year-old Lawton Wallace has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and is awaiting a bail hearing.

According to Peel Regional Police, they responded to the scene in Mississauga, Ont., after they received a call from Marion’s care provider who found her dead.
Lawton is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday morning.
The investigators believe the death was done solely by one person and so there are no other suspect at this time.
