Mark Broome, a 58-year-old has been shot and killed in the early hours of Saturday in Kansas City. He died in a northeastern city street.
By the time Kansas City police arrived, Broome was already dead. Police met him lying dead in the street.
Mark’s death is under investigation. His death is the city’s 124th homicide this year, according to Kansas City Start.
