Megan Smith’s Death – A 23-year-old woman identified as Megan Smith from Dayton, Kentucky, was declared dead on scene on Saturday, during a hit-skip along southbound I-75.
The ugly incident happened around 3:48 a.m. South of the Norwood Lateral.

According to Officials she was found dead on the road, suspecting that a car hit the woman, killing her, and drove away.
Investigators working on this incident are the Cincinnati police traffic division and St. Bernard officers, and has put words out to anyone with any useful information to contact Lt. Mike Matheson of St. Bernard Police at 513-242-2727.
