According to BelfastTelegraph, Police are now treating the incident in which the father-of-two, Michael ‘Cooks’ Kirk, was killed, as a hit-and-run. It was after a man presented himself to police on Sunday evening and was subsequently arrested on suspicion of a number of offences. He remains in custody at this time.
