Michael D. Latty Jr of Momence died January 26, 2020 following fatal vehicle accident that occurred on Route 1 near 10500 North Road in Kankakee County, said report.
Michael D. Latty Jr passed away Sunday around 8:22 a.m in accident, when the driver of a black 2016 GMC 2500 pickup that was headed northbound, lost control of the vehicle veered passed the centerline and struck his blue 2013 Chevrolet Cruze, he was severely injured and unresponsive after the impact. He was pronounced dead at the spot, said police.
Latty passed on at the age of 41, said report.
Aldape was issued a citation for improper lane usage after investigation.
