Michael Stover was pronounced dead at the scene of accident that happened on Sunday, 3:45 p.m on Highway 34 and NW 48th.
He was killed in a crash that involved a car and a motorcycle. When authorities arrived the scene of the crash, they found a westbound 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle had crashed into the rear of a 2017 Highlander.
LSO says Stover was wearing an approved helmet at the time of the crash, but it did not remain on his head after the collision.
