64-year-old Nancy L. Dove of Timberville has died in a vehicle accident that happened on Monday evening, according to Virginia State Police.
The accident reportedly happened at 6:58 p.m., April 6, 2020. Dove was traveling north on Rt. 881 (Orchard Drive) in a 1998 Toyota Corolla when she drove across double yellow line, over-corrected and ran off the roadway.
Dove who was from Rockingham County crashed her vehicle into a guardrail, the vehicle then traveled a bit further and overturned.
Preliminary investigation indicates Nancy Dove was not waearing seat belt, and was ejected from the vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
