Nancy Swann of Beaver Creek Road, Spruce Pine died December 6, 2019 following a severe vehicle collision that took place on the Jupiter Road exit, according to report.
Nancy Swann passed away Tuesday at 2 p.m at the scene of accident, according to report.
Swann was operating a 2009 Subaru on I-26 in the eastbound lane, when an incoming 2004 Jeep drove into her lane and hit her vehicle, she was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident, according to report.
Nancy passed on at the age of 60, according to report.
The driver of the jeep called Vincent Capizzi of Mills River is been charged to court as the sole cause of the accident.
