Old Furnace Road Crash – Early this morning, the state police received a call of a motor vehicle crash on the 16977 Old Furnace Road just west of Georgetown.
The Georgetown Fire Company rescue team alongside Trooper 2 were immediately dispatched to the scene.
Upon arrival, they discovered what seemed to be an entrapment.
It was reported that one of the victim was extricated and the second still trapped in the vehicle. Both victims were in critical conditions.
An ambulance was seen leaving the scene with a patient.
The state police have release a “Traffic Advisory” to road users: Old Furnace Rd & Asbury Rd currently closed. Please use alternate routes of travel.”
