It was reported by the Peekskill police that Omarion McKenzie was stabbed to death by a suspect named Jahliv Niles, over a dispute on Friday, March 27, 2020.
Peekskill Police department received a call concerning a man been stabbed to death at Howard Street and North Broad Street, on arriving at the scene they found Omarion McKenzie lying on the floor, he was was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to the investigation carried out by the police, Omarion McKenzie 17, was in a dispute with the suspect Jahliv Niles, as they start going physical when Jahliv Niles stabbed Omarion on the chest and fled the scene. Omarion McKenzie also drove off the scene then later collapse in vestibule of 214 N. Broad St.
Jahlive was charged to Westchester County Jail for First degree murder with no bail.
