Pedro Diaz Death | Pedro Diaz Obituary – 49 years old Pedro Diaz, a homeless man was fatally stabbed on the street in Manhattan’s Garment District and reports says that the police have charged another homeless man carrying a stuffed animal of a shark as killer, police sources said Sunday. First responders found Pedro Diaz unconscious on W. 38th St. and Ninth Ave. around 9:15 p.m on Saturday, 22nd of August 2020 with seven stab wounds to his neck, chest, and stomach, police said.
According to DailyNews, Medics tended to the victim at the scene before ttransported him to Bellevue Hospital where he succumbed to his wounds, cops said. The stabber was toting a suitcase with a stuffed shark doll attached to it, had a tattoo on his left arm and wore medical gloves, police sources said. Police arrested the suspect, Angel Rivera ,42, Sunday night, charging him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
