In loving memory of Phyllis D’Agostino long time Holmdel resident, single mother to three beautiful children, and close family friend passed away suddenly on Monday November 18. To all that had the pleasure of knowing Phyllis, one of the single most hard working, caring, and passionate mothers who never missed a day of work in her life left behind a beautiful legacy in her children Maria, Sabrina, and Gino that were her entire world. At this time we ask for any donations to help the children defray any and all costs associated with the funeral and hospital expenses.
