Ramon Franco, a 20-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle accident that happened in Fresno. Franco died on Friday, November 22, 2019 in a vehicle crash.
According to report, Ramon was driving on Herndon Avenue, between N. Marks Avenue and N. Van Ness Boulevard, when he lost control and struck several trees.
He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The cause of the crash is unknown.
