Randy Thoen Dead At 60
Surfers reacted quickly as they saw Randy Thoen drawing, brought him to the shore and with the assistance of an off-duty firefighter who did a CPR on him until responders arrived, unfortunately, Thoen passed away.
Kaua’i police have identified 60-year-old Randy Thoen as the man that died in Kauapea Beach also known as Secret Beach.
The sad incident happened on Thursday, but it was until Friday that police publicly identified Thoen.
