Richard Scott Death / Obituary – A great NIFL referee, Richard Scott was pronounced dead on August 19, 2020, following a tragic accident at an electricity substation on Mahon Road in Portadown.
Richard Scott passed away at the age of 33, causing so much heartbreak and agony to the beloved family. Our prayers, thoughts condolences are with the loved ones of the deceased for the great loss.
